A variety of communication channels, which you can enable individually, allow your clients to get in touch any time of the day from any device.

SMS
- Send SMS messages to one or multiple clients at a time
- Messages can be automated (e.g. Payment Reminders, Appointment Reminders, etc...)
- Replies are retrieved automatically and can be handled based on your rules and keywords in the message (e.g. STOP, Y, N)
- You can use SMS for two-factor authentication to the web portal
Emails
- System allows manual and automated scheduled emails
- You can send one at a time or in batches (mass emails)
- Replies are handled via the Outlook Add In (available for Windows and Web)
- Works with any SMTP provider (e.g. Exchange, Office365, Gmail)
Mobile App
- Shows custom content per client
- Allows pushing notifications to the phone (e.g. Bank Debit performed or Payment Due notifications)
- Customer can use the app to submit inquiries, just like on the web portal
Electronic Signatures
- Built-in eSign functionality allows you to keep the client on your site
- Optional signatures allow the client to enroll in optional programs with just one click
- You are instantly notified
Chat
- Built-in Chat functionality allows you to keep the client on your site
- Easy two-factor authentication when you need to verify the client's identity
- Chat transcripts are stored and can be analyzed via AI
Document Upload/Download
- Clients can upload their documents
- Documents can be processed automatically via AI
- Clients can download documents that you prepare for them. This cuts down on email attachments.
Generate Documents
- Clients can generate documents on-the-fly on the web portal
- Documents generated on the web portal are immediately visible on the Activity Log in Windows
Ticketing System
- Clients can submit tickets or inquiries via the web portal
- Tickets can reference a specific account
- Tickets are automatically assigned to the appropriate department
- Attached files can be automatically processed via AI
